My Intentions

Welcome to my simple exercise blog. This blog is intended on tracking my own progress throughout my workouts. The second intention is to give any viewers some basic ideas for functional workouts throughout their week. The workouts are meant to be short and effective so anyone can perform them because most people can squeeze in a 30 min workout at some point throughout the day. If a few people find motivation to start, continue or up their workout game then I will consider this blog a success.
Please leave feedback if you feel so compelled. I love positive feedback but I love and learn from negative feedback as well. So please do not hold back; I will not get hurt feelings.
